To support the selection process, please include the following in your email:
• Attractiveness of your city (e.g. connections to other cities, hospitality and food services, tourist attractions, etc.)
• Estimated costs for potential venues over two days, including at least two separate spaces (for contests and workshops)
• Opportunities for collaboration with local entities or sponsors to increase visibility and reduce costs
• A brief presentation of your club
• A proposed tagline or claim (e.g. “Pisa & Love”) or a short 10-word-or-less “reason why”
