🎤 Contest Chair Coordinator
Guiderai i Contest Chair e i Chief Judges, assicurandoti che ogni gara sia impeccabile — dall’agenda alla logistica.
Visiterai i club della Division, creerai il tuo team e diffonderai entusiasmo per la Conference.
💡 Ruolo ideale per chi ama organizzare, coordinare e motivare.
Perfetto per un progetto Pathways di livello 4 o 5 (Gestisci con successo un progetto, Leadership nel volontariato).
📰 PR Coordinator
Darai voce alla Conference, definendo e realizzando il piano di comunicazione: post, newsletter, visite ai club e comunicati stampa per far conoscere l’evento anche fuori da Toastmasters.
Costruirai e guiderai il tuo team di comunicazione, per coinvolgere almeno 5 soci per club!
💡 Ottimo per un progetto Pathways di leadership e comunicazione (Sviluppa la tua visione, Connettiti con il tuo pubblico).
💪 Entrambi i ruoli offrono un’esperienza concreta di leadership, collaborazione e crescita — in pieno spirito Toastmasters.

We’re looking for two key roles:
🎤 Contest Chair Coordinator
You’ll guide the Contest Chairs and Chief Judges, ensuring every contest runs smoothly — from logistics to agenda.
You’ll visit clubs across the Division, build your own team, and spread excitement about the Conference.
💡 Perfect for those who love to organize, coordinate, and motivate.
A great fit for a Level 4 or 5 Pathways project (Manage Projects Successfully, Leading in Your Volunteer Organization).
📰 PR Coordinator
You’ll be the voice of the Conference — defining and executing the communication plan: social media posts, newsletters, club visits, and even press releases to reach beyond Toastmasters.
You’ll build and lead your communication team, aiming to engage at least 5 members from each club!
💡 Ideal for a communication and leadership Pathways project (Develop Your Vision, Connect with Your Audience).
💪 Both roles are a real opportunity for leadership, collaboration, and growth — true Toastmasters spirit in action.
