The Pathways education programme
Pathways is Toastmasters’ education programme. It offers a choice of six paths, organised into five levels and divided into projects of increasing difficulty.

Six paths
Choose a specialisation to develop your soft skills. Each path contains more than 14 projects, offering the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills, including presentation techniques, constructive feedback, creating a vision, motivating a team, negotiation and motivational techniques.
Some paths include planning and carrying out a project as well as delivering speeches — an opportunity to apply communication, negotiation and leadership in practice.
