How the journey works

1. REFLECT: attend one opening session: 21 November in English or 28 November in Italian, 9:15–11:30 CET.
2. CHOOSE: continue with one-hour sessions on topics relevant to your role and your club.
3. ACT: put what you learn into practice in your club.

The programme calls for a minimum of four training hours per participant, with at least four officers per club taking part. Combine one opening session with two one-hour topic sessions to reach at least four hours.
