Ricoprire il ruolo di mentor nel Toastmasters club è un’occasione per esplorare gli aspetti della comunicazione interpersonale nel ruolo di orientamento e guida dei nuovi soci.

Che cosa fa un mentor? A che cosa serve? Quali sono le caratteristiche di un buon mentor?

Qual è il rapporto mentor/mentees? Quanto dura?

In questo incontro si cercherà la risposta a queste domande, verranno esposte le linee guida della mentorship secondo il Toastmasters con l’obbiettivo di formare mentors competenti che aiutino i nuovi membri nel loro percorso all’interno del club e nei primi discorsi.
