Rico­prire il ruolo di men­tor nel Toast­ma­sters club è un’occasione per esplo­rare gli aspetti della comu­ni­ca­zione inter­per­so­nale nel ruolo di orien­ta­mento e guida dei nuovi soci.

Che cosa fa un men­tor? A che cosa serve? Quali sono le carat­te­ri­sti­che di un buon mentor?

Qual è il rap­porto mentor/mentees? Quanto dura?

In que­sto incon­tro si cer­cherà la rispo­sta a que­ste domande, ver­ranno espo­ste le linee guida della men­tor­ship secondo il Toast­ma­sters con l’obbiettivo di for­mare men­tors com­pe­tenti che aiu­tino i nuovi mem­bri nel loro per­corso all’interno del club e nei primi discorsi.
